The 2018 vintage featured a warm dry summer with no heat spikes. The cool nights preserved excellent acidity, with the promise of good cellar potential. This edition of Eve’s Garden pinot noir has a lovely core of two barrels of Dijon 113, brimming with bright red raspberry fruit and aroma. Silky texture prevails, with a sultry note from 25% Pommard. The final barrel of Dijon 115 completes the balancing act with fine grained tannins and juicy acidity. A classic!
