Description

The 2016 had early bloom the first week of June leading to an early September harvest of fully ripe, clean fruit. This vintage features Asian pear notes with floral aromas. The complexity added by 25% neutral barrels suggests dried apricot with minerality on the finish. Pair with the Oregon classics, salmon or Dungeness crab. 90 Pts. Wine Enthusiast.
