Description

Warm, sunny conditions led to a record early harvest in 2015. Wadenswil and the earthy Dijon 114 anchor the blend. Dijon 115 adds bright acidity. Layered with wild berry notes, forest floor, with some interesting mineral notes. Long, round finish.
