The second ever vintage of our most elegant wine, blending the red fruit driven Dijon 113 and 115 and a bit of 667 to a sultry understory of Pommard. Subtle use of new French oak for eighteen months creates a detailed, high toned take on this counterpoint to Inchinnan. Dense fruit character in 2012 has required some extended cellar time to reveal the complexity and elegance of our most feminine cuvée. We have found that the Dijon 113 and 115 are the most long lived in the cellar of our various vineyard blocks.
