Futures
The first wine we sold as futures was the Eve's Garden 2001 Chardonnay, featured Thanksgiving Weekend 2002. Going through barrels, Hallock 
discovered three intriguing standouts that merited a special designation. The Eve's Garden cuvee has thrived since.
We began selling a pinot noir futures selection, Inchinnan, in the 2002 vintage. This blend Hallock dubbed “pinot noir for the dark side.” Inchinnnan has been extremely popular at winemaker dinners. Although we had no futures from the 2007 vintage, look to 2008 for some of our best offerings of the decade.
We pour futures samples Thanksgiving and Memorial Day weekends. Also, we send a snail mail invitation to futures customers in January. If you have an interest in futures, call 503-925-0972.
